According to Student & Youth Travel Association’s 2019 Student Travel Business Barometer, there are more students and youth traveling domestically during the first three months of 2019 compared to the same time in 2018.

The new data released in conjunction with independent market research provider BONARD was a result of a survey of over 94 organizations, tour operators, and travel agencies from over 21 countries with a sending power of over one million students.

According to the findings, more than half of the responding tour operators and agencies (54%) reported increases in students traveling domestically in quarter one of 2019 as compared to quarter one of 2018.
