Registration & Payment

We Are Here to Help with Registration and Payment

Step One: Register Your Child

Congratulations on deciding to send your child on a once-in-a-lifetime educational tour. Now you need to register your child.

You can choose one of two ways to register your child:

  1. Online – Register now!
  2. Call us at 877-270-1776

Step Two: My Options

No tour is cookie-cutter so why should your registration? When you register you have the option to purchase the Travel Confidently Full Refund Program. The Travel Confidently Full Refund Program is an additional layer of security that parents can add-on to their reservation during registration. Should you need to cancel up to 24 hours prior to departure, the Travel Confidently Refund Program will refund all fees less the Program fee and Registration fee.

Step Three: Information

This is where we have a chance to learn more about your son or daughter. Please make sure you include any dietary or physical limitations so that we can make your child as comfortable as possible while on tour. Make sure you include your child’s full legal name and birth date.

Step Four: Deposit

You have done everything you’re supposed to do and now it’s time to make a deposit. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard and E-checks. Make sure you write down your confirmation number. You will receive an e-mail with the information as well, but it’s always good to have back-up!

Step Five: Sit Back and Relax

Your child is officially registered! Now you can sit back and relax. Our EZPay program will send you monthly reminders that your equal installment will be drafted from your account. As time gets closer to the tour you can expect a roommate selection form, medical form and behavioral contract to be coming your way. Lastly, your child’s school will be holding a parent meeting to go over all the trip details and itinerary.
